Staying in a cave room, the hotel provided a very clean and relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff, and we enjoyed delicious food at the on-site restaurant within walking distance. However, the limited language options for communication could be improved in a 5-star establishment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and created a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. The food at their restaurant, just a comfortable walking distance from my room, was delicious. However, being in a 'cave room' was a unique experience.
